1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and q879 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 3 Account Registration

4 Deposits and Payments

q879 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets where available. The available methods in your account cashier reflect those currently active for your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts registered to another individual — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, q879 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend your account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to appear depending on your bank's processing times.

• Deposits are non-refundable once accepted and credited to your gaming balance, except where required by applicable consumer protection obligations.
• q879 does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact q879 support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, or to a verified payment method registered to your account.

Before a withdrawal is approved, q879 may require completion of identity verification, which can include a copy of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address, and verification of the payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until the required documents are received and reviewed.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours after approval.
• Raast transfers are usually completed on the same business day after approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals complete within one to two business days after approval.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. These are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion having been met in full before a withdrawal request can be approved.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

q879 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. By claiming any bonus on q879, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion as well as these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on q879 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and over only. One bonus per player, per household and per payment method applies unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first unless the cashier specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on q879 — including Slots, Live Casino table games, Sports betting markets and Fish Games — operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers and, where applicable, the sports betting rules published in the Sports section of the platform.

Bets placed and accepted by the q879 platform are binding. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the specific game or market rules provide for in-play adjustments. Results determined by the game's random number generator (RNG) or by the live dealer are final and not subject to reversal except in documented cases of a verified technical error.

• If a technical fault interrupts a game session mid-round, q879 will attempt to restore the game to its state at the point of interruption. Where restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be returned to your balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q879. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and the forfeiture of any balance held in your account:

• Creating more than one account or accessing the platform using another person's account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets or navigate the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected error must be reported to q879 support immediately and are subject to reversal.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

q879 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the specific rules of any promotion or game.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account sharing, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment dispute raised by the player or their payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a player breach, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any pending wager settlements are resolved.

Players may close their own q879 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance in a player-requested closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

10 Intellectual Property
